4. Lawful grounds and consent

We process personal data for the specified purpose for which you provide it. Where you voluntarily provide information for a stated purpose and have not indicated that you do not consent to its use for that purpose, we may rely on the applicable legitimate use under section 7(a) of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Where consent is required, we will request it for the stated purpose. We do not treat a business enquiry or job application as consent to unrelated marketing.

5. Withdrawing consent

You can change website analytics or marketing preferences using the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer. To withdraw consent for another processing purpose, email [email protected] and identify the purpose. We will stop consent-based processing within a reasonable time unless another lawful ground or legal requirement applies. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

6. Service providers and disclosures

We use service providers for website hosting, security, email and technical resources. The public website currently requests fonts from Google Fonts and libraries from unpkg and cdnjs; those providers may receive technical request information such as your IP address and browser details when the resources load. Cloudflare provides the website’s network proxy/security service. We share information with providers only as needed to operate the site, respond to you or protect the service, subject to applicable requirements.

7. International transfers

Our website uses external resource and network providers that may process technical request information outside India. We will make any transfer of personal data subject to restrictions and requirements applicable under Indian law. Contact us for information about the providers relevant to a particular interaction.

8. Retention

We retain personal data according to the purpose-specific criteria below. We do not retain it longer than needed for that purpose unless a legal obligation or an unresolved claim requires it. Where our systems do not apply a fixed deletion date, the data is reviewed when the purpose ends.

  • Business enquiries and project details: until the enquiry is resolved and any resulting business relationship ends; records needed for a contract, accounting or legal claim may be retained for the applicable statutory period.
  • Recruitment and CV information: until the recruitment process is complete; we retain it longer only where needed for a legal claim or with your permission for future opportunities.
  • Rights requests and grievances: until the request or grievance is resolved, then only as needed to evidence handling or meet legal obligations.
  • Security and server logs: for the period configured by our hosting/security providers and needed to investigate security events; access logs are not used as a permanent profile.
  • Consent records: while the choice remains in effect and for as long as reasonably needed to demonstrate the choice and manage withdrawal.

9. Security safeguards

The website is served over HTTPS. The privacy request forms use session-based CSRF protection, validate and limit submitted fields, and use parameterized database queries. Session cookies are configured with Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite protections. These safeguards reduce risk but cannot guarantee that an online system is completely secure.
